The mobile application is intended only for Entel Connect Center personnel. This platform supports the management of stock accounting in real time, allowing the technician to deliver and receive assets, leaving the corresponding record.
Main features:
To enter, you must be authorized by your supervisor, and have a created user, an assigned mobile warehouse, and a configured project.
Once in the application, the following options will be displayed:
- Home screen - Current stock
- My requests
- My deliveries received
- Discounts for equipment installation
- Withdrawal of equipment in client
- Declaration of losses
- Management of reversals and returns
