My personal experience with Mr. Irfan to have conversation, and they quickly rectify the problem as well debug and solved the problem so I can say customer care experience is fantastic :)

I've been experiencing a significant issue with the Entrar mobile app regarding PDF downloads. Previously, downloading assignment PDFs worked seamlessly. For the past few weeks, whenever I click the download link, the app asks which application to open the file with, and the download doesn't proceed. This issue forces me to use the desktop browser to download PDFs, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. I hope the developers can address this bug promptly to restore the app's functionality.

I have account of my 2 kids added to app. When I open the app, always first kid account is sown. Need to click at profile pic at top left to switch to otger kid's account. This is a herculean task. Keep tapping 100s of times and it is on the mood of app if it wants to show the menu to switch to other profile or not. I tried for 5 minutes and then restarted the app. Finally after multiple taps it opened the account selection menu.
