The Exact Synergy Android app is free for users of Exact Synergy and Exact Synergy Enterprise.

Features:

- Access client information and communications. Directly call or email them or plan your route
- Access basic colleague information and directly call or email them or check their agenda's

Requirements:
- Exact Synergy Enterprise (as of Product update 252). Some functionality is added in combination with higher product updates. More information about new functionality can be found in the 'What's new' in the settings of the App.
- Android release 5.0 and above
- TLS 1.2 or higher

Extremely disappointing. Can't even log in, but there isn't an option to request for support from the app directly. Responsiveness is pretty bad, and whenever I changed the log in URL I had to restart the app because the Continue button won't even respond. Some request like Sick Leave is also not working (getting null object reference error), and when trying to attach a document to a leave request it only provides options to attach existing synergy documents. I'd give this zero star, really.

The app is okay, but I can't call coworkers or other people from within the app. I compared my app to the apps of my coworkers, and while they all have an option to call someone (from coworkers/colleagues menu), I don't. 1 other coworker also doesn't have this option. We all have android 11. Any way this could be fixed somehow?

Hello. I got connection error. The ESE works via browser, but not able to make it work with this app. I opened support case, but didn't help yet . I would like to make it work , but don't know how. Robert

What’s new

With this version we improved the app on a few points.
* Adding an attachment did not always work correctly. This has been solved.
* Creating a new account is improved to take the extra mandatory fields into account.
