Hate this app. you often have to go out of the app and into a web browser, which often breaks whatever you are trying to do. The worst is you can't get your discount rewards via the app. You have to log in to the web browser and then order there to use it. It's stupid. And then it often changes the dates on the tickets mid search. So you have to constantly be checking that the dates are right.

The app is great when it works, but repeated login issues, lack of connectivity, and broken links that go to the wrong url (or even nowhere) make the experience frustrating. I leave this review after 30 minutes of trying to get the app to recognize my active Internet connection so I could log in. Yes my device had good wifi and mobile Internet and no other app was having connection issues. The only reason I didn't go to AMC or regal directly is because I already have an account.

Just go to the theater and dont bother with the app. They will constantly hammer you about signing up for their ad program and if you accidentally buy tickets for the same day and you try to refund them, the weblink for customer service is broken. Fandango is still trash. Learned my lesson. Once our movie is over this weekend the app is getting deleted and account closed. Probably going to call my credit card and tell them to not accept the charges. Its cheaper to buy it from the box office.
