I successfully bought tickets two times on this app. The third time, I go to download the tickets when I get to the stadium, and the tickets don't appear. I click on the "contact support" button and nothing happens. Don't trust this app to buy tickets. Update: After communicating back and forth with customer support (go to their website and fill out the contact form, since the Android app support button doesn't work), Fanimal made it right. Check to make sure your tickets work in advance.

Absolute nightmare app. Doesn't work, contact support button isn't clickable, when you buy the ticket online without downloading the app, it's still forces you to download the app just so you can see the QR code. it's extremely cumbersome and I can't even find the address of the event. absolute garbage. and it signs you up for their spam mail

When trying to purchase tix I get an error stating I need to accept or decline insurance. However there isn't a place to do so... So, deleted App, reinstalled and the forgot password link put me in a loop back to the Set-up/Login which doesn't recognize a new password. VERY POOR USER INTERFACE. Update, the website works as it should.
