super bad , the customers service on the phone is really good but the people who delivers your items are 0 and even less it's scam and way to steal your money that it definitely don't recommend to anyone at all

Worst expereince ever! Pick up location is 35 minutes away and delivery takes 24 hours. They also don't work on Fridays, so the delivery window extended beyond that. Customer service cant do much, they have no visibility on operations, nor do they know which driver picks up the shipment and which one delivers it. Adding to that, the fact they charge for the "convenience" or lack of it. My suggestion, pay a little extra and go with a more reputable service.

The service itself is very Good but the application is bad all around, my shipments tap isn't working and can't track received shipment from the tap. Also. Hopefully the app gets revamped *review edited to 1 star as the latest time this got updated is 3 years ago!!
