Ratings and reviews

For an app that is paid for by dues and should be reliable since its used to show and search houses for clients on the go....it is absolute trash! Unreliable, buggy, freezes constantly, won't scroll without hitting buttons on the screen, freezes some more....takes 15 min to get info on one house IF you have the address or MLS#... If you just want to search an area just use a different app or get to a computer, it will save you a lot of frustration and time. Time is money and this app is a waste of both.

App may have just cost me $1M Buyer!! Simple MLS Account setup turned nightmare... Buyer frustrated can't even get in to simply create a Password & now not being so responsive. To say I'm upset is an understatement!! When we send an "Invite to Portal" email right from MLS to the Buyer & if they happen to be on their mobile device, they should be able to log in the first time if it takes them to the App!!! I was told by support they need to log in from Desktop or Laptop... or the WEB BROWSER!

Used this app without major issues for a while now. Bought a Galaxy Note 10 and cannot load up even once for a month now. For a simple app with a basic panel, it is unacceptable to not load and without meaning any offense to developers, no one, I mean no one has the time to waste calling support and dealing with this. Seems tech support always fails to understand that the user is not in front of a screen with a keyboard, but holding a mobile device at hand.
