If you’re not registered for Online Account Manager then no problem! Download the app and click ‘Register for Online Account Manager’. You’ll need the following details to hand:

• Last name
• Date of birth
• Postcode
• Your card details OR your account number

Used to work really well. Very easy to use with clear navigation and all the information needed. Since the August update the app is very slow, normally crashes before logging in and unusable most of the time now.

The app isn't working at all. does not open at all. I have installed and uninstalled many times, but its not working. and its does not help that for online payments we only have authorisation via app. you have removed the sms option. please fix the app ASAP!!

It was alright until last few days... how can I make an extra payment if I cannot even login to that bloody app? It keep throwing "Something went wrong" on two different devices. Sometimes I manage to login to "send passcode" phase but then it fails constantly. Sometimes it fails on the login details.
