This time I lost my phone tracking info for my family. (Previous: The last update disabled my subscription, yet I have already been charged. Says my subscription expired on August 30th. What gives? Using this pro app for over three years, and it's the second time my subscription failed.)

Doesn't use a lot of battery but location updates and pings are very inconsistent. I liked the free portion and maybe that there is the issue. But based on the inconsistencies, we switched apps

This app and developers use to be fantastic however they seem to have took the money & ran. 5 paid apps that dont work with 0 help & NO response! DON'T BUY!!!! I just read your response to this comment and although you did in the past respond you have NOT responded to the last few emails and this YEAR LONG ON GOING PROBLEM has yet to be fixed. Your rating is dropping and it seems you level of customer care is extremely low. I hope you fix the problem but we have 5 paid subscriptions with 0 help

Jim, I found your emails. We had sent you instructions on how to fix this. Did you follow them? You need to exclude the Family Tracker app from the list of battery optimized apps on Linda's phone.
