Cannot connect my new Ringpay, the app doesn't recognize the ring at all. I know that the ring is not the issue, NFC Tools Pro reads it in without any issues.

Pretty useless, a really stupid solution where only a handful of payment cards can be connected to the account.
Hi, Mattias. We are sorry you feel that way. You can see the list of cards available for the Fidesmo platform at https://fidesmo.com/consumer/fidesmo-pay/, but more specifically you should check with your wearable manufacturer which cards are supported for your wearable.

Finally got it working. I was unable to use my fidesmo wearable or the app as it repeatedly told me no activation methods available. Glad I haven't wasted £60. Ended up getting it working by removing the pre-connected wearable and readding everything from scratch. Had to hold the watch strap against the phone with the app open for about 5 minutes for some reason. To be clear I didn't hear from the support team, but it was over Christmas.
