Using the Finnable app has been a horrible experience. I haven't been able to close my loan, and despite sending numerous emails about the issue, the support system has been utterly useless. All I get are automated responses with no real solutions. This level of service is completely unacceptable..... You guys are totally pathetic....

On 5th July '24 my finnable amount debited but again credited back to my account. Hence, I tried to reach out you customer care several times but I couldn't, I have tried to call mail every possible way, but still there was no way that could contact them and in the app also it showed that I can only make repayment on 6th only. So because of that my cibil got hampered and instead of 7573 I paid them 8340. So for a single day they took 767 extra. In what world this is justified. Since jun'23 I'm

Hi For more than 2 years I've been using this app because I'm not able to close the loan. After all, the rate of interest is very very high and very poor and bad customer service no support from the side not even considering the customer's problem to solve. very bad because of this portal I'm not able to take any loan from other portal and not able to close very very badly still I'm having
