We help our merchants to grow their earnings by providing attractive commission schemes every month. Our Mitra application is a highly secure and intuitive platform with an attractive interface. We have introduced new sections on the application like – Important Announcement, Ticker for Updates, Latest Schemes, Customer offers and Prompts to cross sell for our merchants for effective and prompt communication.

Fino Payments Bank Merchant can provide these services to their customers through Mitra Application:

* Account Opening: Fino Payments Bank Merchants can onboard Savings Account and Current Account customers through eKYC mode on behalf of the bank and also service these customers as their portfolio

* Debit Card Issuance: Merchants can also issue Debit Cards to their CASA customers and generate PIN instantly

* Money Transfer: Merchants can take cash from customers and transfer it to ANY bank account across India

* Cash Withdrawal (MicroATM): Merchants can help customers to withdraw cash from ANY bank account through Mastercard, Visa or Rupay Debit Cards

* Cash Withdrawal (AePS): Merchants can help customers to withdraw cash from ANY Aadhaar linked banked account through biometric authentication

* Bharat Bill Payment (BBPS): Merchants can fetch and pay utility bills of their customers which include: Electricity, Water, Telecom (Mobile & DTH)

* Recharge: Merchants can provide mobile recharge services to their customers

* Insurance: Merchants can nominate customers for Health, General and Life insurance policies of the partner Insurance Companies – ICICI Lombard, ICICI Prudential and Exide Life. They can also renew these policies and help the customers with claim settlement

Very bad customer service not responding any Complaint. money has debited from customer account but not showing in Fino mitra account history so I don't know Money have or not 😡 Im not satisfied in this application 😔 and don't reverse the money in this application

There should be different applications for distributor and marchant, so that in 1 device all ids can be handled and for sahaj current account there should be machine registration, please make a automated system for ATM kit refund as each time i have to write an email.
