App is basically unusable. Everytime i try to do something in the app im interrupted by a pop up for Zelle which makes me have to start over. I filled out an application in the app about 7 times, and each time, as i was about to fill out the last poetion of the application, i would get this pop up, which has made it impossible to use it. Incredibly frustrating to use and would not recommend

The old app worked great. Never a problem. This one is truly awful. After finally getting it on the phone (Samsung Note 5) the app displays the wrong size and half the page off the left side of the screen. The box for entering the password is so far off, I can't see what I'm typing. FECU has closed all their branches due to Covid, and I've had done all my banking through my phone. This app is useless and has cut off from my accounts. Oh, FECU redid their website which is no better. Edit: After removing and re-installing the App 3 times, it now starts and displays correctly. And now I can clearly see how bad it truly is. 1. Starting the app takes me to the login page where I can "learn" about digital banking or download the Android app. --Which is already installed. 2. No option for fingerprint unlock. This worked flawlessly on the old app. 3. No option for mobile deposit. This was easily found under the menu of the old app 4. Using the back button gives an "error 404" and kicks me out to login again. And of course absolutely no instructions troubleshooting help anywhere to be found. Someone who knew what they were doing would have at least expected problems with some people and created such a page with links on the FECU landing page. The only thing I can do with the app is view my accounts. And of course change the theme background image that is 80% blocked by a rudimentary UI dashboard. If only the app worked enough so I could transfer all my money to my other credit union that has an excellent app that works.

They actually fixed the mobile deposit problem I had! Yay!!! Now I'm mad that the app opens to a selection screen (w/a snapshot of your accounts), you pick what banking action you want to take, and then it goes to a log-in screen. DUDE. If I HAVE to log in to use your app, just take me to the log-in screen FIRST!!! Show the account snapshots, and a button that says "log in". Simple and to the point.
