New update sucks... Miss the old version that I could use a pin to access, and access everything easy. Now, just about every time I tap on a function, I need to log in again. When I tap my checking and go to deposit a check. It somehow ends up in my savings ever since the update. In order to fix it, tap transfers, log in again usually, and fix it. Super annoying. The app, does what I need otherwise, but I hate this version.

The new App is actually really great, I have not had to call in for an issue yet. If I had any type of problem with it crashing(which was rare) I would force close the app and delete the cookies and old data being stored in the app. By using this basic troubleshooting knowledge, you can usually get everything working again. Believe it or not but we actually have a responsibility to clean out all the old stuff that gets stored in apps on our phones. Bam! No issues! Coincidence? I think not 😉

Fingerprint login doesnt work anymore and even using my username and password, I cant login. Keep getting an error saying I need to register, which I already have (I've even confirmed my login credentials twice with online support.) Desktop site works fine, hoping yall fix the app soon as its frustrating having to use an actual computer to use my online banking features. Kinda takes away from the convenience of it all...
