Really bad app for me. Trying to use Zelle and changing my information using the app has been a nightmare. Confirmation codes weren't sending at first, and once it finally sent ones that I was able to receive, they didn't work, it gave me an error. Pretty frustrated right now, but I'm sure I'll figure it out. Just shouldn't be this hard. Everything else is pretty smooth.

No longer a decent app. Biometric fails and can not connect 99/100 times. I have removed and reinstalled the app and this did not help. I have banked with First tech for 2 years and I would say there is nothing about them that stands out. I regularly check my account (many many times a day) to monitor for strange transactions since I travel substantially for my employer however the fact that app does not work is frustrating. Not that they actually care but I soon will be closing my account.

It's a pretty mediocre app. It does everything it's supposed to do but it's not the most helpful. For instance when you look at your Zelle transfer history, it just tells you "3 weeks ago" or "2 months ago". That's not helpful - just show the actual date of the transfer. When you set up a regular transfer, it doesn't show you what your ending balance will be. Lots of minor inconveniences like these.
