Ratings and reviews

Terrible. Definitely a downgrade from the previous app. It does not tell your balance after each transaction like it did before. It does not allow you to put a "memo" when you transfer money between accounts to keep record of why you're transferring. It has also asked me to verify my phone number several times. I wish they would go back to the old app.

Extremely disappointed in this app. Features are missing that the previous app had. This is very inconvenient, as I've also had to validate my account at least once a day with my phone number and 'enroll' my mobile number again! I've even considered banking elsewhere because this is ridiculous. I hate having a terrible app, connected to such a precious asset. First Savings Bank should do better. They've had a long time to fix the bugs on this app and they haven't. I really hope they do soon!

New app sucks. Doesn't show balance with each charge like the previous app, so the current balance and pending charges never add up right, and always in the banks favor. New app doesn't provide the routing number. Fraudulent charges go thru on the new software even though the bank is notified when the charge comes in and then takes a week to refund and sends multiple notices in the mail for a next month.
