With Flagshift, the entire process of project-related personnel planning (deployment planning - personnel allocation - time recording - working time evaluation - billing) is mapped and brought together. Regardless of whether in event operations or personnel leasing, with Flagshift personnel processes that go beyond pure shift planning can be automated. Employees can be organized into teams and tagged to keep track of even large pools of employees. Flagshift also offers the possibility of integrating subcontractors - regardless of whether they use Flagshift themselves. When it comes to personnel allocation, employees can first be queried or assigned directly. Positions to be filled can be structured and sorted into hierarchical areas. Positions that are to be filled for a long time can be divided into shifts or short positions can be grouped with others. Services can be combined. Flagshift enables clear position planning for cost calculations for customers and automatically transfers this into sensible duty planning for internal staff planning. In a further step, time recording can be handled via Flagshift in order to connect working times directly with scheduling and later with evaluation and billing. The Flagshift app is a portal for employees. Here they can register for services, keep track of upcoming and past services and can manage their master data. Communication between employers and employees, but also between employees, can also be handled via Flagshift.
