Genuinely amazed! This is my favorite app. i have been so disappointed in so many apps for so long, i didn't think an app could be made this well. I'm extremely happy with everything about it! i can't even find something i dislike about it yet. i noticed sometimes accent marks don't show - in flashcards? But there's a setting for accent marks, so they're clearly thinking of them. They even balance well between beginner and advanced sentences. Mishka is the best app I've seen. I love it

So far so good, I like how comprehensive the exercises are for the Stories especially. AI art looks a little cheap, and I was disillusioned with the AI powered Missions: the Medium difficulty A1 Mission available for a free user was "Order coffee, but your first choice is not available". However, the model incorrectly "gave" me my first choice so the exercise was functionally the same as the easy version. Including that here in the hopes it can be fixed, I do like many other features

I love Mishka. The depth of this app is very impressive - including dozens of lessons in grammar, dozens of stories, dozens of "missions", with each organized by difficulty. There are also "free write" sections that use AI to judge whether your responses are grammatically correct, which is an extremely useful and "immersive" style of learning. If you're serious about and/or need to improve your Russian skills, the paid subscription is a no brainer.
