It wouldn't download unless I turned off Mobile data AND my VPN, and used the museums WIFI. Then, when it's finally downloaded, it needs to download more data when you start using the app. I'm the rest of the museum, WiFi doesn't work, and neither does this app..... So I get to listen to this app after I finish the museum and exhibits..... Really annoying museum where they tell you to refer to an app that doesn't work.

Wasn't able to configure it. The option to download the content in advance was provided via a local WiFi connection. The download speed was very slow, took over 10mins to complete about 25%, at which point I gave up. Tired it without downloading the content. The guide did start, but the controls weren't smooth, audio kept stopping. Reading the text while exploring the packed museum is not an option. I appreciate the intent, but at the end I did not manage to utilize this app as an audio guide.

I appreciated the app for allowing you to walk around listening to the guides on your own headphones instead of walking around with your neck cricked for an hour or two on telephone ddvices. The wifi in the birthplace isn't great and neither was my service. Do the initial download and another upon opening the app before you get there.
