Very bad experience with using this top level app.. I need to make a transaction right now but unfortunately, I made the mistake of keeping some money in this app. Now it hasn't been letting me log in for the last 2 hours. Please, don’t make the same mistake. Don't even keep 1 rupee in this app. Unless you have so much money that you don’t care what happens to it – then do whatever you want

It’s been over a year since my account was blocked. I completed the verification process within a month, and all my documents were submitted properly. Still, my account has not been unblocked. Every representative I talk to gives a different story and then disappears without solving the issue. My hard-earned money is stuck inside, and no one is taking responsibility. This app is highly unreliable, and their customer service is a joke. I do not recommend it to anyone. Use at your own risk!

Very disappointing experience. I paid Rs. 410 for a debit card request on 21st December 2023, but till now I have not received the card. I also contacted support multiple times with proof of payment, but I received no response at all. This kind of service is unacceptable. If you are thinking about using this app, be very careful — they take money and don’t even bother to reply. I hope they fix this issue or refund my money. Do not trust easily unless they improve their support and transparenc
