I’m facing an issue while trying to order a new debit card through the FirstPay app. Whenever I click on “Order New Card,” it just keeps loading and then stops without proceeding further. I’ve already cleared the cache, updated the app, and used a stable internet connection, but the problem still persists. My wallet is verified and active, but I’m unable to get my new card. Please fix this issue or provide a solution as soon as possible.

The FirstPay app is becoming very frustrating. Whenever I try to open it, the app suddenly turns off again and again. It doesn't even stay open long enough to do anything. I tried everything-restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, updating it, and even resetting my phone-but the problem is still the same. If an app can open properly, how are users supposed to trust it for payments? Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

I'm extremely disappointed with HBL Microfinance Bank's helpline and customer support. I've made three transactions from my HBL Microfinance FirstPay wallet, but the recipient hasn't received the funds yet. It's been over a week, and the amounts have been deducted from my account. I'm still waiting for resolution.
