Ratings and reviews

Mostly works well. There have been a couple instances where I thought a recording saved, but then I would go to play it and it wasn't there. I can't explain what happened as I'm sure I recorded them and saved them :( 4/15/24 update: I'm getting very frequent instances of the audio in my recording cutting off after about a minute. Important conversations I needed to record for later are just not there. Simply can't use this app anymore.

Doesn't save to the recording path entered. The recording is kept within the app. Meaning you can only access the recording only through the app. And if you try to "Share" it and send it to yourself, it is sent as an amr file instead of mp3. And the ads are rediculous. Almost anything you tap on, brings up an ad. You spend more time with ads than the actual task you're trying to complete. Useless to me the way it is. Uninstalled.

I just installed MP3 Recorder ... I'm a musician and like to record jam sessions. Sound quality is very good. Naming and sharing of files is easy, just what i needed. I give one star off because when i click the back up play button, while listening to a song, the app starts playing a different song instead of just restarting that same song from the beginning ... i don't think that makes sense, not a deal breaker for me but that should be changed/fixed.
