I can't upload my pets picture. The pet profile page just asks me to keep choosing the photo from my gallery over and over again. Also wish this worked with Google home to let me know on my speakers if she's left the geo fence (safe zone). Its not enough to just track things. Response time is more important than anything. But anyways how do I fix my tracker?

Immediately after purchase, I felt the $10 a month charge for service may be to high. I realized i made the purchase out of fear. Upon reading the reviews my stomach rolled a bit but then reminded myself that 45 was prez and so most people are just dumb. After following the directions precisely, I attached the tracker to my sidekick and hit the park. a week so far so good. Immediately notifies me when she leaves the range of wifi. only problem I have so far is I can't seem to upload pic.

App is ok, differently needs to be updated. Hasn't been since 2019, It's way over due. It takes way to long to update your pets location. The accuracy isn't to far off. Sometimes if you close out the app and open it back up later it doesn't work unless you take off the battery then put it back in and it will connect. Most important thing is update app and update pets location for quicker response, now it takes 1-3min on 100mbps wifi or 4G
