Security features are pathetic. It doesn't even accept OTP entered correctly. All previous login credentials erased after latest update.

Bad experience the app never opens and just closes whenever I try to open it. Does not even allow me to enter my password

A nightmarish app from a global company which should know better. It's not just the app but their entire IT infrastructure is in terrible shape. You either face login issues or Internal Sever Errors while translating on the app. There is no way to cancel a transaction initiated under OTBM mode where the amount has not yet been debited from your bank account even though the settlement date is T+1 day. Customer Service is utterly clueless how this works.
