First paste clipboard to view contents

Then choose your function:
pre-string : add a string prior to each line in your clipboard
post-string : add a string after each line in your clipboard
clear blank lines : search each line in your clipboard and clear the blank lines out.
number : number each line 1: / 2: / 3: etc
find and replace : search for each string and replace with another
