Extremely poor customer service. Yesterday, I placed an order for fish with a delivery window from 5 to 8 PM, yet I have not received my order. I contacted customer service about this issue, and they assured me that they would return my call within a few minutes; however, I have yet to receive any communication from them. This is among the worst customer service experiences I have encountered.

Pathetic service 😡 I had personally follow up 7 times for single order that was supposed to be delivered before 11.30am. It's now 2 pm still haven't received the order nor any update from their end. I have to personally follow up. They say wait for 10 mins... then what's the point of scheduling an order??? it's not even raining at all here.... this is my second experience of them doing this!

Used to be good earlier. Not any more. Everytime I place an order, my credit card gets debited, but the invoice does not come. Then I have to send emails with proof, talk to them repeatedly. They say I have to wait a week for the credit card refund, and order and pay AGAIN if I want the items! Then when you order the items for your lunch, all items don't get delivered! So I have to order more food, wait again for the 2nd refund. SO MUCH STRESS AND EFFORT TO ORDER FOOD. WILL UNINSTALL NOW..
