This app is incredible. It is still fairly new and yet has already been able to associate with many grwat sport facilities. Wirh that being said the one i went to sunday was not one(i did not know that) rather than have some bot or something upon emailing about my clip. I got a real person and i have never experienced a better customer service than this company.

This app requires that you provide them with selfies or they will not provide you with any service. They do not allow you to view any jumbotron footage to see if you were on at the game. Instead they want your name, phone number, birthdate, and other identifying information. Then, after you provide enough info and photos of your self, they will tell you whether they think you were on the jumbotron or not. You will not be allowed to check yourself.

terrible, won't let you find anything without using facial recognition, which doesn't seem to work at all. all they had to do was give me some thumbnails for the event i had checked into and it would have been useful. this app is a complete failure
