Locked out & have no clue why, the help feature is disabled, the app no longer recognizes my e-mail address after using app for almost two yrs with no issues. The help chat feature, upon clicking it, shows a page of coding messages. There hasn't been any activity on app from facilitators in a really long time. I really liked app & activities it offered,, but now it like an abandoned ghost town. Please advise

I just upgraded to the Pixel 9 Pro XL (purchased directly from T-Mobile), running Android 15, and this app won't run. I have even deleted all its data, uninstalled, reinstalled, and rebooted. When I click on the icon to launch, it opens, displays a blank white screen, and then immediately closes.

When I open the app, I get a pop-up that says the icon on my home screen will be changed. I click okay/allow/whatever it says, then the app crashes completely and I can't reopen it at all whatsoever, not even from the app store. I deleted, reinstalled, and the same thing happened. Super broken right now unfortunately :( but usually a good app!
