Up to 50 air conditioners can be registered.
All air conditioners in your home can be operated by a single mobile device.
It can also be operated on several owned residential properties.

Two connection modes are selectable.
　Cloud control：Mode of operation via the Internet.
　Direct control：Mode of operation without Internet
*Some functions are restricted in Direct control.

In order to use the application software, you are required to prepare the following items of the Fujitsu General’s air conditioner(s)
which supports the wireless LAN network connection and the 24/7 broadband Internet access as well as a wireless LAN router.
*A wireless LAN router is required only for Cloud control.

Ratings and reviews

Easy to setup and use, but lacking in some basic functionality. The list of room names is too limited. If you have 2 bedrooms, you cannot distinguish between them. You have to name one "bedroom" and the second one "other". One should be able to give actual names to rooms rather than being limited to a small drop-down list.

What a horrible app. You spend all this money getting new central air and heat and you can't control the temperature when you're not home or even in your house because there are constant error messages. Sometimes if you log in and out you can get it to work, other times it won't even let you log out. When you reach out to customer support through email they never get back to you.

The feature set it offers is nice and useful, but I'm sick and tired of the app reporting very incorrect temperatures or no temperatures at all. I'll have the mini-split heads set to 72 and the app will randomly say it's 80-90+ in one or multiple rooms. The rooms definitely weren't anywhere near that. I placed $10 digital thermometers on top of the heads to confirm and they were all at or close to the temperature I had set them to. Wireless adapter costs $100s and the app barely works.
