Ratings and reviews

The game itself is decent. Customer support is not. Purchased an in-game pack, used the items, and then the game updated. After the update, my account was reverted prior to the purchase, and all items disappeared. Customer support has been unreachable, and as a result, I've had to request a refund through Google Play.

The worst thing about this game is the art.... Half the characters are freaks or are straight up ugly. I'm not sure about making a monster collector when more than half of them are unappealing (they don't have to be gooner bait). I will say the game is fun, just fire the art team and revamp the game. I stopped playing because I was getting good nat 5s. I just couldn't stand looking at them...

I needed help with my account so contacted customer service and also sent an email, the customer service is just a bot which doesn't give any help or put you through to speak to a real person, I've tried multiple times to contact them with no response. I can see why people are quitting the game and why the player base is currently so low. how do they expect to keep players when there's no one you can speak to with issues
