The app to search for your future purchase, rental or new-build home. View the entire range of properties on Funda on the go or at home from the couch. Take a look around at houses in the area - or those of your neighbors ;) -, get great ideas for your own home or immediately fall in love with your future spot.

A quick first impression
Whether you search in the list of homes or on the map, you immediately get a first impression of the house. Thanks to the large photos, you can immediately see whether it is something for you. You can quickly 'preview' a home on the map by tapping on the marker. Do you like it? Then you can of course also view all the photos, 360° photos, videos and floor plans of the house.
An extra trick: you can now also see which houses you have already viewed on the map. That makes it a lot easier to see which new homes have been added!

Set your search
You can set all your personal preferences in your search, so that you only see houses in the list or on the map that really suit your housing needs.

Ratings and reviews

Does a good job of showing what was out there recently. You mostly can't find actual housing by Funda, because the Dutch housing crisis is so severe that everything's already sold by the time it arrives on Funda. But it's a good way to get a feel for the market -- what kind of space is available in each city, what the asking prices are like (keep in mind that most selling prices are higher), etc. The app is easy to use and doesn't get in the way of the information.

Will this app ever work properly? You know, open the app, and your saved picks actually load, etc.?

The latest update feels like a much worse user experience. Used to be easier to find houses on the map and click through, somehow things just don't feel as easy now. I think it's primarily the fact that the circles with numbers in them still shown even when you completely zoom in (and then they are not interactive), which made things confusing at first. Also the list overview seems more cluttered. Not very happy with the update :(
