Right at their fingertips, content can be uploaded and viewed no matter where staff are working, on the go, in real time. The perfect solution to keep our staff truly engaged and connected as they roam around Australia sharing special places and shaping lasting memories for our Guests.
Navigator provides bite sized learning content in the form of short videos, surveys, infographics, work instructions and ‘how to’ guides. This exciting platform embraces social learning and allows our staff to be the ‘teacher’ and the ‘student’ – to take control of and manage their own learning and development, encouraging users to ask questions, share their knowledge and experiences, in a social, engaging, mobile first environment.
