copy and paste function from home screen includes a space before the number, causing the final digit to be cut off when attempting to use the card number online. I contacted support, they told me to restart my phone and that they were unable to escalate my request to the right team. obviously this did not solve the issue. I then posted this review and the response asked me to use Facebook or Twitter, neither of which I use, to contact support. beyond unhelpful

This was a useful app showing points and usage but as others have said in the past few weeks (December 2024)it's now impossible to log in as you always get an error message. Even if you try with a PC it doesn't work. Frustrating! Thankfully you can still collect points and use them with the card or if you know the number for Smart Shopping using the hand scanners.

Tried endlessly to log in and failed every time. Went through every bit then at the last bit where it asks if I want business offers no matter what I pick it says failed. So sick of the app, had it for nearly a year, downloaded, deleted, and redownloaded, and the same issues every time. update: so I thought I'd give it one more fo, downloaded, logged in, get to the same bit and I get an error message. to the developer I do not have X or fb so no I wont contact you there
