Generations Cubed is a marketplace platform for older adults and their family members to get help for daily activities, such as technology assistance, grocery runs or transportation, from a community of volunteers and paid providers.
Gen3 Consumer allows older adults and family members to create requests for 1-1 help with daily activities or attend a community event. Requests are matched with volunteers (from corporations and non profits and parents with high schoolers) or paid service providers based on location, service category, language and gender preferences. Community events are typically hosted by corporations, city governments and non-profits to educate or assist older adults on topics such as online safety, health, medical insurance, taxes and more. For volunteer services, consumers may choose to donate to a non profit of the volunteer's choosing. For paid services, consumers pay directly to the provider.
