The worst application ever!! I couldn't even register. Keyboard doesn't come out when I tap at the text fields 😒 what is this! Also, a very buggy app, when a pop show up, it doesn't want to disappear, even tho I tried to tap on 'back' or tap outside the popuo box.

Got to admit, this apps making claim paid much faster. But still theres so much room flr improvement like the necessity to still submit the physical docs while it can be easily verified to the med clinics on the prescription given (thus estimating the drug prices)

i prefer to say that the apps is not iser friendly 😂 1stable, the username defined is not friendly at all. it's the numeric combination of polis&customer ID. 2ndly, the funniest thing is when register our DOB. how come I have to scroll manually to find 15 november 1977 from 2020 🤣 why we couldn't just type it ? it takes a lot of time and patience 😅 please upgrade to the sophisticated apps one 😊 thank u
