I funded my account with 500 when i logged in at first, and I was told that, I'll have 250 as a welcome bonus, making a total of 750, 1 month after my account is empty, I can't access the fund in the account it's reading 0.0 balance. As how?

My problem with the app is why can't I transfer to another bank. It's only flex to flex account So like if I have money on the app and I want to transfer to someone that doesn't have the app, I can't do that??
