Have had some bad experience with customer support. The app doesn't always work correctly and requires to be uninstalled and installed again. Spruce claims that it works with the leasing office and doesn't require anything from me if I'm not home to open the door but not the case. They wait till the people are right there and then ask for help with entry instead of getting that settled ahead of time. Unfortunately, because of price, still consider it until I find something better

Make sure you have the latest version of the app. In your profile you can now add "Home Access Directions", to tell us how we should gain access to your home. If you want your leasing office to release keys, please sign their key release form. We hope this helps you with your next booking.

Pretty app and simple to follow. But the amount of errors I get with zero indication as to why is awful. 1. It turns out I already had an account. I tried signing up without knowing I had one and it kept failing just saying 'sorry'. Their web version worked for this luckily. 2. I tried adding a payment method and it kept failing with an equivalently useless message. I just happen to try another card and it worked. You guys tried really hard not to get money from me with all these problems.

Pros: Professional, thorough, and communicative. I work from 7 - 6 most days and weekends, so Spruce is my monthly splurge-makes me happy when I come home to a clean space. Con: The biggest reason for deducting 2 stars. App will glitch constantly. Error messages will pop up and I cannot see my scheduled services, change them, or change my payment method due to the glitches. I have to install and reinstall constantly, and sometimes when I do l, I can't even login. Solution: use website instead
