It seems to work very well so far. I like that the notification state/history is synced between server and client (unlike ntfy). My only complaint is that some notifications are huge (thanks proxmox), and I would prefer them to be truncated in the main notification list screen to provide a better overview, and then allow me to expand/collapse the truncated messages by tapping on it.

Great if you want private push notifications for your programs. Super simple to deploy, I got it working in three minutes. The only downside is that it uses a persistent notification because it doesn't use GCM (which is good), but you can hide it, so it's not too bad. If you want something that uses GCM, use Pushover or some other alternative. I wanted private notifications and Gotify is ideal, thank you for making it.

Any chance on enhancing the app w/2 small things? - A floating button (or similar) right on the main screen to push a message. I use that all the time and having to nav to the sidebar isn't convenient. - Some defaults for the push message. i.e. let us choose a default app that's selected when first tapping that "push message" button, rather than always having to select it from a long drop-down list. - Also, when i push a link to an app and view that on the server UI it's not hyperlinked.
