The aid service app is available to all those entitled to aid (active and pension recipients) whose aid is processed by one of the following offices:

• Traunstein district
• RWTH Aachen
• Sparkasse Bad Kissingen
• Sparkasse Middle Franconia South

Submission via app is carried out in the correct form, completely digitally and securely. Our convenient short application saves you time and effort compared to the traditional paper application. To register for the first time, all you need is a notification of aid or a benefit statement from your aid office and a bank statement with a current aid payment. Activation takes place immediately after registration. You simply take photos of the bills and prescriptions using the app. The application creates the aid application from this and sends it directly to your aid office.
