the app works really well overall however it is really annoying that I can't set up a custom notification sound on my Android phone. so the sound that gets sent to my phone is just the regular Verizon type sound that is just like all kinds of meaningless notifications I get on my phone. I want to know when people are coming through the gate, and the sound I get is not unique.

Problem solved! I received directions for both Android and iPhone. Just follow the steps (clear and consice). I accidentally " blocked " my phone from receiving notification of guests entrance. Thank you for your prompt response.

App seems functional enough, but it has some UI issues that cause the experience to be buggy. Native back button/gesture in Android doesn't work in this app. Additionally, on many screens the apps 'Back' button is under my clock on the top left of the screen, and the 'Edit' button is under the battery meter on the top right; this makes both of those buttons unclickable/unusable. To go back I have to close to app, and I cannot edit.
