Niyo money (former Goalwise) is no doubt a hassle free platform to manage all the financial investments. Now, with 5 paisa integration, even the trading related tracking can be done linked to the Niyo money account. I've been using this platform for the last 4-5 years and there has not been a single instance where it has let me down. The most important aspect of any product is the post purchase service experience and I can vouch for the prompt service they provide in the simplest way with a :).

This is the only app I know that focuses on goal based investing, which is why I'm still sticking with it for now. Customer service, which was exemplary a few years ago is now almost non-existent, thanks to Niyo getting rid of chat based customer support. One-click rebalancing has been gone now for a year. The funny thing is that they have everything in place to bring it back, but they choose not to. It's clear that no resources are being spent on this app by the developers, which is very sad

I have been a user of goalwise, and got Migrated to niyo. The journey has been smooth but since a few months I hav no been able to import my outside external mfs and when reached out through mail, they mentioned of an update which never came (since over 6 months). Not sure if other users are also having this issue. Hence changing review to 1/5 until issue is resolved.
