I've been using this app for a long long time, now it's telling me to log in, when I try to log in I need to create an account and when I do that after some failed attempts "we encountered an error", I finally get somewhere, it then asks me to give my account number and area code (which haven't changed for the past 8 years or so) to then be told my account number doesn't exists but I only have 4 attempts left (to what? Lock me out of the app or account that apparently doesn't exist? ;D)

can't log in ”sorry, there was a problem" on latest version. trying to link a virgin media account, it logs you out every time before on previous version. it's useless.

App is OK, offers seem OK. But do not expect any support if you have issues with any of the offers. In the app it points you to X, and if you try to use O2 chat, you are unlikely to get through before it resets. Phone may get you through to someone after a long wait, but they are of no use for issues with Priority. Very poor customer service.
