12 Sept update: It appears that I'm able to download, install, and use the app. But after a few days, when I check for updates on Google Play, I still see a "Couldn't install" message by this app. I have to uninstall and re-install the app to see if this might resolve the issue, but the whole problem starts all over again.

Hi, sorry to hear you're unable to update our app. We'd love to help, however this is an issue between your device or account and Google Play. Our app releases are being approved by Google and most users are able to update. You'll need to reach out to Google Play's support to solve this. Sorry we can't help further.

After reading an article I click on fan comments but the screen that loads is blank.This is on every article and I have tried reinstalling the app but still the same happens.*EDIT* I have found this issue is because fan comments are opened in a browser and my browser blocks the Discus site which hosts fan comments.
