This app used to be so great but the past 2 years it's gone downhill. I am signed up to receive notifications, never a problem before when I would be able to apply for boxes. But now I never get notifications. Today I saw a post in a group I follow with an offer for the Birthday Box. Of course it's gone. But why am I not getting notifications? Disappointing.

Gratsy was great. I have received 2 boxes and they were cool but now it's been awhile and I've heard about other people getting getting new offers for boxes but not me..Update the last 2 boxes I've missed I'm not getting notifications. One came during the middle of the night!! I understand I won't get every box but why am I not getting notified!? Then i check a few mons after someone said new box and it's all claimed. still not getting notifications..is that ever going to be fixed???

The app NEVER sends me notifications (and says it won't in the settings- not something I can change). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and clearing everything, but that didn't help. I've gotten 1 box in over a year and missed out on 6 others because all were claimed by the time I found out about them from other people, or they didn't show up in my app until it was too late! It's nice to get free products, but I wish they would e-mail you when a box is available. The Android app is USELESS!!
