The app NEVER sends me notifications (and says it won't in the settings- not something I can change). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and clearing everything, but that didn't help. I've gotten 1 box in over a year and missed out on 6 others because all were claimed by the time I found out about them from other people, or they didn't show up in my app until it was too late! It's nice to get free products, but I wish they would e-mail you when a box is available. The Android app is USELESS!!

Update: I fully canceled my account, uninstalled the app and downloaded again. Only to miss ANOTHER box, which appeared in the middle of the night with no notification. Reached out over the feedback tab AND Facebook to complete silence. Unreal. The app USED to be great. Unfortunately as soon as the last 3 boxes were posted they were marked "all claimed" without ever even notifying that they had been posted. I'm through checking constantly only to be dissappointed every single time.

Very unfortunate. I used to love this app and getting the boxes. The last one I received was the Halloween box and even that was a struggle, I was getting no notifications at all but seeing all these people on freebie sites getting them. After I've reached out to gratsy several times nothing has been done. I uninstalled the app. Waste of time since they do not address the issues but respond to people groveling over a box.
