I find it very confusing how balance and amt owing is shown for loan accounts. In the transaction account, I wish the transactions were shown without all the transaction numbers that mean nothing to me but with a reference and name of the merchant or Debitor. I often don't know what the transactions are and it doesn't show any details. When you do a transfer and tap the button to collapse the Keyboard, EVERYTHING disappears and you have to start over, please FIX that, it's infuriating!

The app allows basic things like balance checks, Bill Pay, account transfers, direct deposits, card block and ATM and Branch locations. Probably the most annoying thing is when you click on the login icon, it takes a few seconds to move onto the login page (petty issue, I know). Would be good to see more functions similar to CBA's app like spend monitoring/allocations and be able to set goals. Maybe it's in the pipeline, not sure? This app does make my banking life easier.

Need to pay for something during the night? No problem, just transfer with the mobile banking app. Oh, it's signed you out and you don't have your username handy? I'll call them to sort it out. Oh wait! You can't call them because it's after 6pm! How can a bank in a country so reliant on eftpos not have 24/7 support? Useless.
