This is a review of the app, which has a number of problems (the service is great). 1) on my phone at least, if the app is terminated (or the phone shut down) during a rental, the app does not seem to always reload the user interface from scratch when it is restarted. This may cause the user being unable to end a rental in-app (you can end it by calling customer service). 2) there is apparently no way to delete card details for unused (non-default) payment cards. This is in violation of GDPR.

It was a good service, but ever since their main competitor shut down they've gotten worse. You used to be able to get a refund if you forgot to end your trip. No more of that, if it's happened more than once. Prices used to be better. They've been increased. For all products pretty much. Also, don't let them pay parking fines for you. I foolishly listened to the customer support and received an increased fine for letting them handle it. Which also took them almost 3 months to handle.

Very convenient and green. Thanks for expanding the zone recently, hope to see more cars in the expansion so we can pick it up ourselves on a whim. Delivery was perfect though, despite being borderline we got it in front of our door. Car was great with child seat and 2 kids, perfect for small excursion. Found even a smart kid belt on the backseat which we tested as well. One issue: add accessible parking and charging stations to the map, because the alternative apps (eg incharge) are not good
