Recently I lowered the rating but soon afterwards the system started operating as designed. That was the only time I had any concern. The Grohe Sense water security kit is an excellent product and has detected problems I've had in the past. I believe this product to be a benefit to any home as it can help avoid damage due to water leaking. It also monitors temperature and water pressure.

This is about the worst I have experienced. The QR-codes in the manuals point to invalid addresses, the app name doesn't match (grohe ondus vs sense), the registration process is unintuitive, but worst of all, after overcoming all usability obstacles, the device still fails to connect to my WLAN after two hours of attempt after attempt. WLAN signal is strong and all other iot devices have connected properly. If the chinese can do it, how come a German "quality" product doesn't get it right.
