Ratings and reviews

To do a transfer with this app is by luck. Failure rate is too high and too risky. I prefer a simple transfer process like other banks where you input the bank name and account name, then you ask the app to confirm the account name. This method is far simpler, easier and far more reliable.

I can't make transfers to new beneficiaries since last week. What is happening GTbank??? I have to go through a tortuous process through Google to add the beneficiary first. This is nonsense! What if it's going to be only a single one off transaction. Please rectify this asap. It's frustrating and worse to be hearing from others having the same issue to. I have been using GTbank since 2003, and I really love GTBank, please don't make me change my mind.

Please, make an update that'll load faster. It's exhausting to keep trying transaction 3 or 4 time before getting it successful.
