Ratings and reviews

If you aren't an actual member and just have a loan through them, the app is so difficult to navigate. Link this bank to this account to this account to this external account to this.. and so on and so on. It is a nightmare. I just want to pay my bill and be done instead of jumping through hoops. My other loan is through USAA and I set up auto pay one time from my bank (I don't bank with USAA) and never had to touch another button. Again, the Harvesters app is NOT user friendly.

The email notification about the new app would have been helpful LAST week when the old app wouldn't work and I had to figure out myself that a new version was needed. My banking needs are very simple, so I don't need anything fancy, but the execution of the new app left a lot of room for improvement. The bank itself is great.

Terrible app and bank. Does not keep booking up to date and constantly being accessed overdraft fees because of this problem. Do not bank with them or use this app. Also unable to send messages through app or use with most other banks or money apps. Two thumbs down... Way down
