Ratings and reviews

Quick to discipline, slow to praise; but very understandable. As a new driver this app is great, would be nice to have monthly mileage travelled but not essential. Most of the time im deducted points based on braking, sometimes it doesn't account for other drivers pulling out in front where you may have to apply the brakes a little harder than usual. I like the app as a new driver because it keeps me safe, take time no rush. I think the braking may need another look.

Messaging hopeless. When trying to conduct a conversation the screen is static and does not scroll up so you can't see what you're typing. When I tried to report this via any of the usual messaging apps (WhatsApp, Messenger, etc) it just says "cannot send an empty message". Also, "Your Driving" reports mark you down for legitimate not-that-heavy braking for normal road hazards. Not impressed.

Utterly useless call handlers in South Africa! 10 second delay, big attitude problems and Hastings direct tries to rip off it's customers. Definitely won't ever use them again. Have a multi car policy. Phoned to quote on a change of vehicle, gave a high price then called back over a week later and the same quote had gone up by 50%!! No, absolutely not. Treat your customers like that and you lose them.
