About this app

HCA Inspire - the app currently available for all HCA Healthcare and partner organization employees - is an internal communication tool.



HCA Inspire enables HCA Healthcare colleagues to communicate through social media-like feeds and receive important unit, facility, division and enterprise communication. Colleagues with a My Scheduler Web profile can also access their schedules through the HCA Inspire mobile app.



Choose from one of three account types exist in HCA Inspire:
Nurse, PCT, or LPN
Facility Staff
Division & Corporate User



HCA Inspire Features Defined:

Feed & posting capabilities: interact with colleagues through a social media like feed. Capabilities include: posting (text, photos, video), giving recognitions, liking and commenting
Notifications: receive notifications for activity within the HCA Inspire app, including for scheduling where applicable
Schedule: My Scheduler integration, including the ability to view your schedule, self-schedule, request open needs and time off, swap shifts, and view the department calendar
Badges: grouped into five different categories to help celebrate accomplishments: education and certifications, leadership roles, excellency, HCA Programs and competency
HCA Healthcare Today blog: comprised of original content about the company

I loved being able to check my schedule and easily screenshot it to give to family. But this new update is not working. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting my phone... everytime I try to access it, it is stuck on showing the pop-up that an update is available. It will take me to the Playstore, but will not open the app at all.

Takes forever to load the application on android and when you sign in it takes you through 2 different screens that makes you sign in again. This only happens in android as i've seen iOs version working fine. The job market place is outdated and not functioning. The section where you can upload a picture does not load images to save. The only good thing about this app and probably why everyone at work uses it is the schedule access, thats why it gets two stars and not one.

Since update it will not show the schedule. It keeps saying "something went wrong"! Need to go back to the old app. Updated review 7/24/22: the app is still no better. Sometimes it will show me where I am working and sometimes still get the message "something went wrong" . It hardly ever shows you who is working with you. I thought this app was helpful when it works!!
